You can simply re-furnish and re-decorate to make it look brighter, and give it a new look. Change the old lighting for energy-saving bulbs. Add new door handles. Paint the room a new color. And replace old taps and faucets.
Make the outside look good.
First impressions are important. Every home buyer would want to live in a house where they can feel proud of what other people see outside. Improve your outdoor space by adding a walkway along the lawn. Re-paint your doors, revamp your garden, and add a garden if you wish. Make it look good.

Re-decorate the bathroom.
Nobody wants a dirty bathroom. While I’m not implying that yours is dirty, it certainly do help your chances if you can make it look like nobody has ever used that bathroom before.
