Clearhaven Lettings are based in the picturesque village of Dedham in Essex, we cover all areas within the Tendring and Colchester district.
Clearhaven Lettings is independently owned with an experienced Director supported by a lettings and office Manager. Our staff are local and have many years experience. Consequently, we have a wealth of local contacts and knowledge.
The lettings business was established in 2012, born from an extensive estate agency career within the local area, also teamed with extensive knowledge within the construction and renovation industry.
All members of staff hold the NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award qualification in Residential Letting and Property Management, and the equivalent qualification in residential sales.
Our main aim at Clearhaven is to be a one stop shop for our landlords, you see we are landlords too ! We know what make a good investment tick, we have all the right trades people and all the relevant legislation to make sure your property is let in a stress free way just as we would manage our own.
